Henri Hutin Belletoille Triple Crème Brie Cheese
Made like a brie, but with three times the butterfat, this cheese is simply heaven!
$14.98
Belletoile was the first triple-cream brie imported to the United States, and boy are we glad. Made like a brie, but with three times the butterfat, this cheese is simply heaven.
The milk used to make Belletoile comes from cows grazing in the Lorraine valley of France, an area with lush green farmland and a long tradition of dairying. Belletoile's delicate flavor is the ideal cheese to showcase the quality of the region's milk.
Cheesemonger's Note: After extensive testing, we recently changed our cheese wrapping method. You'll see some loose air inside the vacuum seal. This is intentional and what the cheese likes best. We hope you'll notice improved flavor and shelf life on this delicate cheese.
