About Bonneval Waters
Bonneval Waters was founded in 2017 by Jean Moueix and David Merle to bring a long-known but never-commercialized Savoie spring to market. Located six kilometers from Bourg-Saint-Maurice in the Haute-Tarentaise, the source was documented by Romans in 168 BC and used as therapeutic thermal water through the Middle Ages.
The sparkling version is the same water, simply lightly carbonated — same minerals, same source, more spark on the palate.
