A 2,000-year journey through Alpine rock — French Savoie mineral water that emerges on its own, no drilling, no pumping.
A clean, soft palate from naturally high bicarbonates, with a distinct mineral backbone — Bonneval is a calcium-sulphate water, so you'll notice a faint, slightly firm finish where most spring waters fade flat. Serve chilled alongside dinner the way the French do — it stands up to bold food the way a good still water should, without disappearing.
Bonneval Still Natural Mineral Water is not just a drink; it's an age-old treasure, taking a unique 2,000-year journey through the protected rock formations of the French Alps before naturally gushing at its source in Savoie. This extensive filtration process gives the water its authentic, pure taste and an exceptionally rich, natural balance of minerals and electrolytes, including high levels of Calcium and Bicarbonates.
Drink daily for optimal hydration and to effortlessly replenish essential minerals. Bonneval also demonstrates a commitment to sustainability with packaging made from 100% recycled and recyclable materials.
Bonneval Waters was founded in 2017 by Jean Moueix and David Merle to bring a long-known but never-commercialized Savoie spring to market. The source sits six kilometers from Bourg-Saint-Maurice in the Haute-Tarentaise Valley, where Romans documented the water as early as 168 BC and medieval travelers visited it for its mineral properties.
The founders built Bonneval around one rule: take less than the source gives, so the spring outlasts the bottle.
