Alta Langa La Tur Cheese

A small soft cheese with a very light texture held by a creamy rind, obtained by a long maturaton of 3 milks, the curd is gently processed by hand.

Cow, goat, and sheep milk are blended to create this elegant cheese. It looks like a white cupcake without the frosting, and tastes even better. The texture is fluffy, silky and moist. The flavors are light and fresh, like tangy cream. Dip a spoon right into the top if you dare. The barely-there rind is delicate and soft.

Even those who are unsure about goat or sheep milk will enjoy this. The milk blend negates any gamey flavor to create an accessible cheese that everyone will enjoy.

It’s hard to go wrong with pairing, as long as you stay away from anything that could overpower this cheese.
