Starting with their signature firm cheese, they've rubbed the rind with finely ground organic Earl Grey tea. Because the tea is rubbed dry on the rind, instead of added to the interior, it imparts a very delicate bergamot and tea flavor to the cheese.
Teahive cheese is beautifully balanced, and incredibly unique. This cheese will delight and relax you like a hot cup of tea. We highly recommend enjoying it with a drizzle of honey. For a stronger pairing, try it with fruit-forward red wines, chardonnay, stouts or cider.
