This is a surprise goodie box of small cuts of cheese that couldn't be used for a regular order due to their slightly small size. We build these boxes out of 3 or more cuts, and each samples weighs a minimum of 1 pound. These portions are perfect for a snack, tasting different types of cheese, or making a cheese board with lots of variety. The cheese is the same quality and freshness of our regular orders, just smaller!
