Hunstman looks like a five-layer cake, except made of cheese. Two traditional British favorites are layered together to create Huntsman. The orange layer is Double Gloucester, and the blue and white marbled layer is Blue Stilton.
Double Gloucester is smooth and mellow, reminiscent of cheddar and slightly buttery. Blue Stilton is creamy, earthy, and tangy. This combination offers the best of both worlds in one. Eat the layers together, or separately, as you like.
This cheese is perfect on a burger, on a showstopping cheese board, or center stage on a 'Ploughman's Lunch'
