During maturation Windsor Red adopts a red-pink marbled appearance that clearly distinguishes itself from the rest of ordinary cheeses on any cheese plate or buffet.

Cube Windsor Red and add the gourmet cheese to a salad with some other red ingredients like tomato, cherry, radishes, red lollo rosso lettuce and the colors will be enhanced.
