Castleton Rosemary Crackers
Artisanal crackers based on an 1800's recipe uses no trans fats, artificial flavors or preservatives, just fresh rosemary flavor baked with cornmeal. Pairs well with cheeses, beverages, in soups as minestrone or tomato bisque, or grilled sausages.
Castleton Crackers' Rosemary version is made with only all-natural ingredients. The dough is mixed, rolled and baked and then cracked by hand creating beautiful rustic looking crackers. Whitney Lamy’s Castleton crackers are hand-made, hand cracked and thus rustic in appearance and a great complement to soups salad, dips, sauces, pate or just as a snack.
