The Apple Smoked Cheddar has a deep red rind, an ivory-white interior and a supple, moist texture. The flavor is balanced between the sweetness of milk, light smoke and the subtle spice of the paprika.

This cheese has won numerous awards and makes a striking addition to a cheese plate. We hand cut and wrap this cheese in wedges of 8 ounces and 1 pound. You can also buy a half wheel of approximately 6 pounds.
