Roth Gouda Cheese is the quintessential Dutch cheese. The Gouda is a yellow/orange color, wedge shaped, and has semi-soft texture. Its mellow and mild sweetness make it an ideal addition to cheese boards, stews, paninis, and mac and cheese.

Wisconsin's Roth cheese makes the Gouda Cheese from full cream and pasteurized cow's milk. The cheese is aged for 6-8 months, creating a beautiful creamy texture with a touch of caramel. This cheese pairs well with stone fruits, nuts and your favorite wine and/or beer. Use it in quiche recipes, omelettes, sandwiches, mac & cheese or shredded over tacos or chili. We sell this cheese is wedges of 6 ounces and you can also purchase a case of 12 wedges.
