President Madrigal Cheese
This French version of 'Baby Swiss' is made from pasteurized cow's milk and has a delicious sweet and nutty flavor. The cheese is light yellow with those iconic large holes (also called 'eyes') and has a semi-soft, flexible texture.
Expertly crafted in French tradition, this specialty hard cheese has sweet and nutty flavors that are anything but ordinary. Our cows graze on high-quality grass in lush landscapes in order to produce the highest quality milk. Made from whole milk from Brittany in Western France. Made with whole milk from Pie Noire cows that graze on lush pastures in close proximity to the ocean. • Aged for a minimum of eight weeks. • Deliciously fruity and sweet with a nutty taste. • Rich amber color, straw-like interior with large “holes” or “eyes."
