This Country Chef version has a creamy blend of cheese, seasoned custard, ham, bacon and onion all baked into their delicious flakey crust. A quiche lorraine is a traditional appetizer, party food, but no reason why you can not eat this as a meal. We keep the product frozen, but ship it refrigerated, so it will thaw during transport. Once the product is thawed, keep it refrigerated for 5-7 days before cooking. Pre-heat an oven to 300 degrees F, remove packaging and cook 30-40 minutes.
