In 2005, Carol LeValley and Josh Harris founded Rustic Bakery, inspired by a sourdough cracker Carol made for friends. The initial production of flatbread crackers took place in a commercial bakery. Soon after, Carol and Josh converted the area into a cafe, where they delighted customers with coffee, baked goods, salads, and the delectable accompanying crackers. Today, Rustic Bakery operates four cafes and has relocated to a larger baking facility, steadfastly upholding its commitment to crafting artisan-quality crackers.
