 Inspired by his hometown's lack of moist and flavorful brownies, Will Rhys-Davies set out to create "the best fudging brownies ever." At only 21 years of age, he founded the Bake Shed in 2012 after a few months of recipe trial and error. News of the Brownie Man spread, and Rhys-Davies started supplying local coffee shops and delis with his baked goods. As the business grew, many customers requested gluten-free products. Today, the Bake Shed is a gluten-free company with a growing range of plant-based products.
