The Sherry Pairing Board includes::
Manchego - (8 oz.) Spain's most famous cheese made with sheep's milk. This gourmet cheese has a firm, dry interior and a nutty, mellow flavor.
Garroxta - (8 oz. or 1lb) Garroxta features depth of unique flavors; a bright tang and layers of delicate herbal and earthy nuances that is influenced by its 75 day aging process.
Mimolette - (8 oz. or 1lb) a French cheese with a distinctive flavor of butterscotch and caramel with a pleasantly chewy, salty and savory.
Parmigiano Reggiano - (8 oz.) known as the grating cheese in Italian dishes, but it is also a great full flavored cheese that you can savor with any wine.
Served with very thin Australian 2S Company Original Wafer Crackers. You only have to serve the cheese, open the bottle of sherry wine and you're all set (board and knife are not included).
