In our Trip to Mexico we offer 4 different Mexican-style cheeses (all made in American):
Oaxaca - a long rope of cheese that is gently wound in a knot. It is a string cheese with a mellow buttery flavor and makes for a fun and wholesome snack.Or try Queso Quesadilla cheese in your own home made quesadillas.
Cotija - has a dry texture and somewhat salty; it is aged to assure a robust flavor; often called the Mexican Parmesan. Alternatively, select other side of the cheese spectrum; Queso Fresco is the most popular Mexican cheese. It is a most, fresh cheese, slightly salty and is similar in flavor to Farmer's cheese.
Original Queso-Melt Cheese or Original Queso-Melt Cheese Dip - is a Mexican-style cheese dip, has a creamy texture, is mild in taste and an ideal cheese for your quesadillas and nachos.
Queso-Melt Jalapeno Cheese or a Queso-Melt Nacho Dip - a premium melting cheese that is great as a dip, for nachos, tacos, quesadillas. The jalapeno add some heat as well.
