Cheese and alcohol are such a classic pair that some cheesemakers go the extra step to combine them from the start. This group features cheeses made with alcohol, whether it’s been poured into the cheese vat or simply used to treat the outside. These are also easy to pair: simply pour a glass of the wine, beer, spirit or cider that’s already incorporated - that’s a sure bet for pairing success.
