A lot of hand-rubbing is going on at Beehive resulting in absolutely wonderful, original cheese wheels and we are offering you an assortment of these creations, so you can judge for yourself. Each cheese wedge is 4 oz. and we add 2 wedges of each flavor.
Barley Buzzed - rubbed with espresso and lavender and has a creamy texture with subtle notes of butterscotch and caramel OR TeaHive - rubbed with finely ground organic Earl Grey tea.
SeaHive Cheese - rubbed with local honey and Redmond sea salt OR Promontory - the base cheese for all flavored styles of Beehive Cheese.
