Our Boozy Cheese Board includes:
Griffin (8 oz. or 1 pound) - Griffin is made with the same recipe as the immensely popular Thomasville Tomme from Sweet Grass Dairy, except that Griffin is made with the addition of Terminus Porter. This boozy pour-in gives this mild cheese a more complex profile, with notes of maple and coffee.
Rattlesnake Cheddar (7 oz.) - This snake lures you in with warmth and sweetness - then the spice strikes. If that's too hot for you, try the Champagne Cheddar from Yancy's Fancy.
Drunken Goat Cheese (6 oz.) - This purple-wrapped goat cheese has a light fruity taste after being soaked in wine for 48-72 hours. An alternative is the Vino Cabra, basically the same cheese, but the paste is marbled beautifully and these purple veining are visible in the pale paste of the cheese.
Red Dragon Cheese (8 oz. or 1 pound) - The Welsh cheddar has a bright red-wax rind. It has a subtle sharpness and depth due to its added mustard seeds and Welsh ale.
Z Crackers Sea Salt & Olive Oil (8 oz.) - When you need a cracker that can multitask. These crispy salty crackers will do that job; strong, salty, crunchy and flavorful. Are you more into sourdough, then we have you covered with these Sea Salt Georgia Sourdough Crackers (4 oz.)
