In a world of endless intriguing eats, what else is a foodie to do but organize flavors into exciting combinations? The Dash Pairing Box is a monthly subscription with a focus on pairings. Each month you'll receive a new group of two cheeses and two accompaniments. We also include a menu with some background on each month's selections, plus insight into how we go about making matches so that you can enhance your own pairing prowess.
The first box ships as soon as you order it, and will come once a month for 3, 6, or 12 months. After the first month's shipment the next orders will ship on the second Tuesday of every month. Images shown are examples of the pairings you will receive, not specific to this month's box.
