Our Brie Sampler contains the following:
Double Creme Brie 8 oz. or 14 oz. - An American-made cow's milk Brie cheese with a mild flavor of butter and white mushrooms, and a soft pudgy texture.
Trillium Cheese (8 oz.) - a decadent triple creme cheese with rich, smooth flavors and gentle lactic notes. OR an Italian triple creme Robiola Bosina (8.8 oz.) - made with both cow’s and sheep's milk, and will start to run once cut. The flavors are milky and rich, with just the right amount of salt.
Couronne Double Cream Brie (8 oz.) - Cut from a large wheel. Richer than a regular brie, this double-cream has double the richness for double the fun. Buttery and silky, with smoother flavors of cream and mushrooms. OR go for a triple creme, cut-to-order cheese Belletoile Cheese - The first triple-cream brie imported to the United States, and boy are we glad. Made like a brie, but with three times the butterfat, this cheese is simply heaven.
President Brie Cheese a 7 oz wedge or a 8 oz. round - a wonderful delight that is soft and creamy with a mild taste and snow-white, edible rind.
Mt Tam Cheese (8 oz.) - This is brie at its most creamy. Three times the richness of regular brie means this Mt. Tam is divinely buttery. OR try Excellence Triple Crème Brie(6.5 oz.)
