This cheese is both fresh and light, yet flavorful and satisfying. The soft oil-soaked goat cheese is perfect for spreading, and becomes velvety soft on bread or a cracker. Use the cheese in eggs, on a burger, salad, over vegetables, pasta and more. After the cheese is used, save the flavorful oil for cooking. We like to make a salad dressing by adding vinegar to the leftover oil.
