A delectable firm sheep cheese from Basque country - in the Pyrenees between France and Spain. This flavorsome but approachable cheese is a favorite of many cheese professionals. This particular Ossau-Iraty was dubbed best cheese in the world (World Champion) at the World Cheese Awards in 2006.
