Marin French Triple Creme Brie Cheese

Marin French’s Triple Creme is everything a Brie-style cheese should be -- smooth, creamy, and elegant. This California original has a creamy paste, slightly sweet flavor and a velvety white rind that provides a delicate, tangy finish.

In 2005 and again in 2010 this Triple Creme Brie was awarded the 'Best Pasteurized Brie' in the World Cheese Awards in the UK. This is was a major accomplishment as the Marin French Cheese Co, was competing with the French and came out on top. Many other awards (Gold and Bronze) followed. Next time you are looking for a Brie, try this one; it is smooth, rich, and slightly sweet. The cheese is covered in its well-known thin, edible, white bloomy coat. It goes without saying that this creamy cheese, made from a blend of Jersey, Guernsey and Holstein cow's milk does well with almost anything. Pair the California-made brie with sparkling wine, Syrah or IPA.
