Chevrefeuille Fleur Verte Goat Cheese
A mousse-like goat cheese coated in tarragon and pink peppercorns. Light and fresh with the delicate flavor of herbs, this French cheese is perfect for relaxing on a warm day.
Cheesemonger's Note: After extensive testing we recently changed our cheese wrapping method. You'll see some loose air inside the vacuum-seal: this is intentional and what the cheese likes best. We hope you'll notice improved flavor and shelf life on this delicate cheese.

If the experience of a springtime garden could be made into a cheese, this would be it. Fleur Verte, or “green flower” in French, is a wheel of goat cheese shaped like a flower, and colored green by its coat of herbs. The cheese itself is delicate and airy, almost mousse-like. Mild and tangy, the flavor is clean and bright. The herb coating is made of tarragon, thyme, and pink peppercorns which infuse the cheese with their fragrance.
This cheese is perfect for spring, summer, or any warm day when a refreshing cheese will hit the spot. On a cheese board it looks just lovely and is sure to be a conversation starter.
Fleur Verte is ideal with a salad or other light vegetable dishes. Try this French cheese with young crisp white wines or rosé.
Since 1982, Chevrefeuille has been specializing in goat’s milk cheeses produced in the heart of the Perigord region of France. The word chevrefeuille translates to “honeysuckle” and is a perfect representation of these delicate cheeses.
