This collection includes:
Comte - (8 oz.) also known as Gruyere de Comte, this mountain cheese is made from the milk of the Montbeliard cow. Perfectly balanced and complex, it has a floral aroma and a salty sweet grassy flavor that's hard to beat.
Mimolette - (8 oz.) - a French gourmet cheese that looks like a cantaloupe, and tastes like a combination of butterscotch and caramel.
Bleu d'Auvergne - (8 oz.) comes from the region of Auvergne and has a wonderful aroma and a rich taste: the saltiness increases with the incidence of veining. The overall flavor is piquant but not overly sharp.
Saint Andre - (7 oz.) is a triple cream cheese made with cow's milk, it has a bloomy white rind, that is as soft as velvet and the flavor is rich, creamy, all soft.
Containing 4-6 servings.
