Comte (8 oz.) - One of France's most beloved cheeses, this mountain cheese is made from the milk of the Montbeliard cow. Perfectly balanced and complex, it has a floral aroma and a salty sweet grassy flavor that's hard to beat.
Mimolette (8 oz.) - A French hard cheese that tastes much like cheddar, but with notes of butterscotch and caramel.
Saint Andre (7 oz.) - A triple cream cheese made with cow's milk, it has a bloomy white rind, that is as soft as velvet and the flavor is rich, creamy, and soft.
Roquefort (8 oz.) - A sheep's milk blue developed in the caves of southern France, full of history and legend and lots of bold flavor.
