This cheese is produced using a special method of “ultra-filtration” which creates a very silky and even texture that melts in the mouth. The flavor is mild, like cream and white mushrooms. Made in the Rhone-Alpes region of France, this creamery has pioneered cheesemaking methods to produce exceptional cheeses. This cheese will be a welcome guest on any cheese board, meal, or in recipes. Versatile and delicious, it’s friendly with most pairings. Spread on a soft baguette with some fresh fruit, top with your favorite jam, or serve next to cured meats.
