This cheese is produced using a special method of “ultra-filtration” which creates a very silky and even texture that melts in the mouth. The flavor is mild, like cream and white mushrooms. Made in the Rhone-Alpes region of France, this creamery has pioneered cheesemaking methods to produce exceptional cheeses.
