Each wheel is handcrafted with the finest old world techniques and then the Gouda is aged to perfection on Dutch pine planks for a truly unique and rich flavor. This mature gouda is aged for 6-9 months. Pairs well with dried cherries and candied pecans, zinfandel or spiced rum.
