Cocktail Mini Blinis

Handmade cocktail blinis, made from a traditional recipe. That same tradition tells us that blinis help emphasize its rich taste of caviar. Top with a dollop of creme fraiche and a mother of pearl-spoonful of black caviar to enjoy caviar. The Blini are pre-baked, and packed under protective atmosphere; all you need to do is heat them in the microwave or oven. Do you have Blinis left over, break with the tradition, warm them in a blini pan and try some with butter and jam or other sweet delights. Delicious as well.
