Old Rotterdam Cheese

Old Rotterdam is a wonderful Dutch cheese, filled with character and matured to perfection. This unique cheese finds its origin in the low-lying fields of North Holland, where cows graze in areas that were once the domain of the sea.
Old Rotterdam is classic Dutch Gouda. It is aged for approximately 10 months and released when the cheese has reached perfection in flavor and texture. This cheese is hard, salty, and has that classic aged gouda crunchy texture. The flavor is robust and sharp, with notes of butterscotch. Unique and memorable, just like the city of Rotterdam. A little goes a long way with snacking and cooking. Truly scrumptious.
