Nuovo's Classic Italian Beef Ravioli is made with tender braised vegetarian fed beef, that is mixed with a traditional red wine Bolognese concoction. Nuovos delicious and beautiful pastas received awards by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade and the Award of Excellence by the American Tasting Institute.
