Savannah Bee Whipped Honey with Lemon

Lemon and honey create a logical combination for tea, but this spreadable, smooth honey will do wonders for your apply pie. Try the honey in your cheesecake or a lemon pound cake, drizzle over some goat cheese, Gruyere, or Mascarpone, and a chicken dish won't shy away from this honey either. Whipped honey is an airy, smooth concoction of crystallized honey and normal honey that are whipped to perfection. This particular version has added lemon oil to make a sweet sour combination.
