El Paeller Seafood Paella Kit

Selected by Chef Jose Andres, El Paeller is a line of paella kits and supplies from one of Spain's leading paella chefs. Each broth is cooked over wood fire and then canned at the right moment to carefully capture the flavors. This kit feed 2-3 people and includes a can of seafood broth with small inclusions of prawns and cuttefish, plus the Valencian rice traditional to this dish. It takes about 18 minutes to prepare and creates a simple but flavorful paella. Feel free to make it more robust by adding vegetables or tucking seafood into the rice.
