A true Italian classic - legend has it that tiramisu (Italian for pick me up) was invented in the 60s in the Veneto region. The name tiramisu was used for its nutritional and restorative properties but many sneakily believe it was more down to it’s aphrodisiac properties. Sweet Craft Dolceria makes this tiramisu the traditional way – by soaking our ladyfinger biscuits into coffee that is freshly brewed from a mocha coffee pot. This gives their tiramisu that classic Italian coffee taste that you cannot get using conventional dried coffee. Layered with Italian mascarpone cheese filling and topped with chocolate shavings.
