This is Point Reyes Farmstead's classic Toma cheese with the addition of black truffle! The aromatic flavors of Italian Black Truffles from Umbria pair very well with the Toma. Reminiscent of fresh strawberries and dried fruit with a hint of cocoa, the earthy flavor marries beautifully with the buttery richness of Toma. Pure decadence. Like the Toma, TomaTruffle is made from pasteurized, a microbial (vegetarian) rennet and it's gluten-free.
