El Paeller Vegetarian Paella Kit

El Paeller focuses on making the most flavorful paella kits in the most traditional Spanish way. The vegetable broth is cooked over a wood fired stove using fresh seasonal vegetables. The broth is cooked just long enough to capture all the flavor and then packaged to lock in all the smokiness the wood fired cooking adds. Also in this kit is the special Albufera Riuet rice, perfect for vegetarian paella because of its high absorption capacity. This kit feeds 2-3: simply simmer the broth and rice in a paella pan or skillet for about 18 minutes. You can add more vegetables or some type of protein if you choose.
