Creminelli Whiskey Salami

Uncured Italian salami made with a splash of whiskey, by one of America's favorite charcuterie houses.
Though the Creminelli family is Italian, they made this salami to celebrate their new home in America by combining two very American things: pork and whiskey. Made in the Italian style, this salami is uncured and made with barrel-aged High West Whiskey from Park City, Utah, near where all Creminelli products are made. Remove the casing before serving and slice thin for cheese or charcuterie boards, or even a whiskey tasting. Also great on sandwiches or antipasti platters.
