The fondue blend is composed of a mix of Swiss cheeses, wine and kirsch, the traditional ingredients of Swiss fondue. The cheeses include classic fondue cheeses Gruyere and Emmental. Simply heat Emmi Cheese Fondue in a regular pot or fondue pot. Warm until bubbly and you will have creamy, cheesy bliss in minutes.
