Henri Hutin Belletoille Triple Crème Brie Cheese

Belletoile was the first triple-cream brie imported to the United States, and boy are we glad. Made like a brie, but with three times the butterfat, this cheese is simply heaven. It's more than a flavor, but an experience of infinite richness. This wedge is approx. 8 ounces.

Cheesemonger's Note: After extensive testing we recently changed our cheese wrapping method. You'll see some loose air inside the vacuum-seal: this is intentional and what the cheese likes best. We hope you'll notice improved flavor and shelf life on this delicate cheese.

Belletoile was the first triple-cream brie imported to the United States, and boy are we glad. Made like a brie, but with three times the butterfat, this cheese is simply heaven. It's more than a flavor, but an experience of infinite richness. The milk used to make Belletoile comes from cows grazing in the Lorraine valley of France, an area with lush green farmland and a long tradition of dairying. Belletoile's delicate flavor is the ideal cheese to showcase the quality of the region's milk. Belletoile comes from Belle Etoile and means 'beautiful star' in French and that's a perfect description for this beautiful velvety French cheese.
