Chevoo Herbes de Provence Goat Cheese

A fragrant blend of fresh goat cheese and Herbs de Provence, all marinated in extra virgin olive oil. 

Chevoo is a line of fresh goat cheese marinated in extra virgin olive oil. The founders, originally from Australia, wondered why marinated cheese wasn’t more popular in the U.S. as it is in other countries. Thus was born Chevoo. These jars of marinated cheese have a nice long shelf life, and offer both the cheese to enjoy, and the many uses of the olive oil when the cheese is done. After the cheese is gone, add some balsamic vinegar to the jar and shake for a salad dressing full of flavor. This iteration is flavored with a classic blend of Herbs de Provence, a blend of herbs commonly used in the South of France. Scatter this marinated cheese over roast veggies, toss in pasta, chicken or fish, and so much more. It’s an easy-to-eat cheese that has a touch of fancy.
