Beluga 00 Caviar (Huso huso) is the only pure Beluga caviar (Huso huso) that is available in the U.S. It has the most delicate and largest size eggs of all sturgeon, with eggs that provide an incredible crunch or pop. The pearsl of this caviar are large light-gray grains with buttery, creamy, and nutty flavors that provide a unique full-flavored aftertaste.

Sturgeon Aquafarms in Florida has been successfully breeding Beluga and this purebred Beluga Caviar is finally available for the first time in the U.S. It has the most delicate and largest size eggs of all sturgeon, with eggs that provide an incredible pop.
The large pearls of the Beluga sturgeon are firm, with a light gray color with black tint and buttery, creamy, and nutty flavors that provide a unique full-flavored aftertaste.
The shelf life of this product is 4 to 6 weeks - refrigerated.
