This Smoked Flagship is the same cheese, but with the added flavor of natural hardwood smoke. Beecher’s uses cherry and apple woods to create a robust, heady smokiness. It can be enjoyed casually or with some pomp and circumstance - it fits in both scenarios. Especially divine on sandwiches, or used to make a smoky mac and cheese.
