Beehive Pour Me A Slice Cheese

Considering themselves pioneers and explorers of great cheese, Beehive Cheese saw the same spirit in Basil Hayden, Bourbon-maker, and decided to team up for a great pairing. “Pour Me a Slice” is the collaboration between these two companies. Beehive took their Promontory cheddar, a perfect base for layering flavor, and infused it with this Kentucky Bourbon. The cheese itself is sweet and creamy, but has the added spice of the bourbon, which becomes more prominent the closer you get to the rind. A perfect after-dinner cheese, it’s great on a cracker, but can be melted or paired or served to guests.
