Kaluga Hybrid caviar has a beautiful large pearls ranging in color from glistening bronze to a golden brown and is truly something special. It is a farm-raised hybrid, cross bred from sturgeon species of Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrencki.
The pearls are filled with a creamy and nutty taste complemented by hints of an ocean sea breeze. It will pleases the eye and the palate of your guests, when you serve it in a traditional caviar service presentation with a mother of pearl spoon or when you serve it to enhance the appearance of dishes.
The caviar is packed fresh and has a 4-6 week shelf life, unopened and refrigerated. Once you open the product, you will want to enjoy within 3-4 days.
