Mercado Little Spain Mussels in Escabeche Sauce

Harvested wild from the Galician sea, these mussels are meant to be only the plumpest, most perfect mussels. They're packed in "escabeche" which is a classic Spanish marinade of olive oil, vinegar, paprika, salt, bay leaves, pepper and cloves.
